Please turn off or silence pages and cell phones before entering studio.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes.
Please do not wear lotions for your training sessions as they dry out our equipment.
Please speak softly during session or class.
We do provide mats, but we ask that you wipe them down with our cleaning solution after use to help us maintain cleanliness for all of our students. For equipment classes, please wipe down anything you touch with our cleaning solution.
Please help us keep our space clean by neatly replacing all props used during class.

What to wear
Dress comfortably. You may want to wear tights or tight fitting shorts as some of the exercises may be revealing. No socks (unless gripper socks) or shoes will be worn during the session or class.
For clients participating in equipment classes, please do not wear extremely baggy clothing as this makes it difficult for our trainers to accurately observe your form.

Liability Release
Anyone who has been under a physician’s or a physical therapist’s care within the past 12 months will also need to obtain a signed physician’s release.
You will need to bring these forms with you to your first session or class.

Payment Policies
All sessions and classes must be paid for in advance in order to reserve your spot or equipment.

All sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Our pilates sessions do not have an expiration date.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If your treating physician is directing you to discontinue your Pilates practice, your sessions and/or class membership will be placed on hold.
