Reformer/V2Max Tower

This group reformer class is a mixture of essential, intermediate and limited advanced work.  This class is for individuals who are looking to enhance their essential work to the next level.  The V2Max Tower adds resistance of springs for an upper and lower body challenge.  Occasionally the instructor will add in the jump board training or the Cadillac training.  The jump board adds cardio to the Pilates training.  It combines intervals of calorie burning with intervals of full body strength exercises performed on the reformer.  The Cadillac is another Stott Pilates equipment based workout.  These classes will take place in the studio.

 

Equipment Circuit Training

Our circuit class will use the spring walls, stability chairs and matwork as well as small apparatus such as arc barrels, weighted toning balls, flex bands, and fitness circles.  This class is for individuals who are looking to train with efficiency and focus.  This class will take place in the soft room.
